OUR STORY...In Baška, on the island of Krk, in a Mediterranean oasis of serenity, our magical Villa Mare took place, in the immediate vicinity of crystal clear sea. Villa Mare is surrounded by a lush garden dominated by scents of lavender and rosemary, hibiscus flowers and figs. At the back of the lawn, there is a quaint wooden roofed gazebo with a sitting bench and a rustic stone barbecue - our guests like to enjoy time after beach at the gazebo . The children have been thought of as well – they may enjoy a small playground, to spend entertaining and creative moments within reach of their apartment. 6 luxuriously furnished apartments in Villa Mare are waiting for you to discover their charms. Depending on the colour you wish to tint your summer with, you can choose between a chocolate, yellow, orange, pink or green apartment, with matching details and decorations. A beautiful modern villa with a swimming pool in Batomalj, just 1 kilometer from the sea and the center of Baška on the island of Krk – it is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to be near Baška and at the same time enjoy the peace and charm of a small village. VillaMare2 is a newly built villa, the basement part is intended for a personal spa, sports and recreation – in the basement part there is a bathroom with a shower cabin, a hydromassage pool for 5 people equipped with 92 massage jets, a sauna for 3-5 people; pool table, table tennis table and exercise equipment. The ground floor is decorated with a spacious living room with a super functional kitchen, a separate toilet and one bedroom with a bathroom. In the attic there are three comfortable bedrooms with a private bathroom. A modern and spacious interior with a large swimming pool, a green garden and a space for entertainment will make your vacation unforgettable. VillaMare2 can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. HOUSE RULES
I GENERAL TERMS Article 1. These House Rules determine the mutual relations, that is duties and rights of the provider of services (furtherly: lessor) and the user of services (furtherly: guest). II RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF GUEST Article 2. Guest has the right to: 1. Freely use the suite and all equipment and rooms determined by contract and valid regulations. 2. Freely use the outer barbecue; he should provide charcoal on his own, as well as clean the barbecue after use, in consideration to other guests. The same applies to the wooden gazebo. 3. All possible complaints related to the above two rules should first be discussed with the host in good will. If that brings no satisfactory result, guest can contact the higher authority, that is, the company stated in the price list. Article 3. Guest is not allowed to: 1. Bring in flamable or explosive materials or materials with strong and unpleasant odours. 2. Smoke in the suite. 3. Bring in domestic or wild animals. 4. Bring in persons not registered as guests, to stay in the suite, stay overnight or sleep there. 5. Leave appliances, air-conditioning and other electrical equipment on while leaving the suite. Also, windows should be closed before leaving, or ensured against draft. 6. Take any objects, inventory or appliances out of the suite; this especially refers to use of towels on the beach. 7. Move the arrangement of furniture in the suite. 8. Disturb peace between 5pm-8pm and 11pm-7am, or make loud noise by use of radio sets, television or other appliances or musical instruments. Article 4. Guest agrees to: 1. Obey House Rules and use all the rooms, inventory and installation carefully and dutifully. 2. On the first day of stay pay the host 100 EUR against any damages in the suite that might be caused by guest's carelessness. During check-out the full amount will be refunded to guest if the suite is in order. 3. Check out before leaving and pay for the services, that is, show the receipt of payment. 4. Pay for all services not included in the price of suite, such as washing laundry etc. 5. Clear the suite on the last day by 10am. 6. Dispose of garbage from the suit in the container. 7. On the day of leaving, fold all dirty laundry in the bathroom. III RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF LESSOR Article 5. Lessor has the right to: 1. Deny services to guest disturbing peace with his behaviour. 2. Require from guest to cover expenses caused by losing lessor's inventory, or causing damage to lessor's inventory, installations or furniture, whether deliberately or through neglect. Article 6. Lessor obliges to: 1. Ensure peace and quiet, as well as provide guest with any assistance related to his stay. 2. Hold the suite for three days if booking had been paid in advance, whether guest arrives on time or not. 3. In case of a longer stay, change towels every 3-4 days, and sheets every 7 days. 4. Clean and tidy driveways, stairways and the villa surroundings on daily basis. 5. Give or send the guest any found or forgotten things. If that turns out to be impossible, the lessor obliges to keep all such objects for at least one year, then act according to regulations. 6. Compensate any damages caused by neglecting these house rules, by lessor or any other person in lessor's responsibility. IV FINAL PROVISIONS Article 7. The text of these house rules must be posted at a visible place in the house or apartment of lessor.
